酿豆腐 Yong Tau Fu


材料:

肉骨(500克), 白萝卜(1条), 姜(5片), 水(2500豪升)
Ingredients:
Soybean(250g), Anchovies(50g), Stuffed Tofu(20-25 pieces), water(2500ml)



Seasoning:
Salt(1/2+ s spoon)
把黄豆, 江鱼仔加水大火煮滚, 小火续煮20分钟
放入酿豆腐块, 大火煮滚,小火续煮5-10分钟即可
