清鸡汤 Chicken soup


材料:
土鸡(半只=400克), 姜(数片), 枸杞(30克), 水(2500毫升)
调味料:
盐(1/2+茶匙)
Ingredients:
Kampong chicken(1/2=400g), ginger(several slices), wolfberry(30g), water(2500ml)
Seasoning:
Salt(1/2 s spoon)
鸡肉切块, 氽烫洗净
放入姜片和枸杞,加水大火煮滚, 小火续煮20分钟, 加盐即可
