芋头饭 Yam rice
材料:
芋头(280克), 米(450克), 猪肉(120克), 香菇(5, 6朵)虾米(35克), 葱头(3-5粒), 蒜(3-4粒), 水(600豪升), 油(2大匙)
调味料:
盐(1/2+小匙),糖(1/2小匙), 黑酱油(2大匙), 胡椒粉(适量)

三文鱼炒饭 Salmon fried rice
材料:
香米(450克)-煮成饭, 三文鱼(300克), 鸡蛋(2粒), 青葱(3-4朵), 水(50豪升)
调味料:
盐(1/2+茶匙), 白胡椒粉(适量),油(2茶匙)

黑胡椒鸡 Black pepper chicken
材料:
土鸡(1只=800克), 灯笼椒(1粒), 青灯椒(1粒), 紅灯椒(1粒), 蒜(4, 5粒), 大葱(1粒), 水(700豪升)
调味料:
蚝油(1大匙), 黑酱油(1大匙), 花调酒(1大匙), 黑胡椒末(1/2大匙), 油(2大匙), 玉蜀黍粉(1大匙), 盐(1/4+小匙), 糖(1/2+小匙)

Oyster sauce(1 B spoon), dark soya sauce(1B spoon), liquor(1B spoon), crashed black pepper(1/2B spoon), oil(2 B spoon), corn flour(1 B spoon), salt(1/4+ s spoon), sugar(1/2+ s spoon)
鸡肉切块, 汆烫洗净
把材料洗净切好, 备用
黑胡椒粒研磨成碎
起油鍋,將蒜茸爆香
加入鸡肉拌炒, 加水煮沸
加入灯笼椒, 青灯椒, 紅灯椒, 黑胡椒粹, 一起拌炒
加入大葱一起拌炒, 下调味料(蚝油,黑酱油,盐和糖), 盖盖中火焖煮10分钟
下玉蜀黍粉液(1大匙玉蜀黍粉加适量水)
盖盖大火煮滚即可
