黑豆花生肉骨汤 Peanut and black bean soup

   
材料:
肉骨(500克), 黑豆(100克), 花生(200克), 水(2500豪升)

调味料:
盐(1/2+茶匙)
Ingredients:
Pork ribs(500g), Black bean(100g), peanut(200g), water(2500豪升)

Seasoning:
Salt(1/2+ s spoon)
肉骨汆烫洗净
掭水加入黑豆,花生大火煮滚, 转小火续煮1小时,加盐即可
