番茄意粉 Tomato Spaghetti


材料:
意粉
番茄
鲷鱼
西兰花

调味料:
橄榄油,酱青,盐
黑胡椒粉,大葱
九层塔,迷迭香草,牛至草
Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Tomatoes
Sea bream
Broccoli

Seasoning:

Olive oil, Light soy sauce, Salt
Black pepper, Onions
Basil leave, Rosemary grass, Oregano 
清洗西兰花
Wash the Broccoli 
酱青,黑胡椒粉腌制鲷鱼
Marinate Sea Bream with Light soy sauce and pepper
把番茄煮至脱皮
Boil Tomatoes to peeling
把皮去掉
Peel off the skin
放进锅里煮烂(加点水)
按压,搅拌
Cook in pot (add little water)

Press and stir
加入九层塔,迷迭香草,牛至草
Add Basil leave, Rosemary, Oregano
按压,搅拌
Press and stir
加入切丁的大葱,黑胡椒粉
Add sliced onion, black pepper
按压,搅拌
Press and stir
鲷鱼蒸八分钟
Sean Bream steam for 8 minutes
取出
Take out

用滚水把西兰花煮熟
Boil Broccoli till soft
捞干后用橄榄油和盐调味
Scoop up Broccoli and season with olive oil and salt
用滚水把意粉煮熟
Boil the Spaghetti till cooked
捞干后用橄榄油调味
Season the Spaghetti with olive oil
呈现美食
Present the dish
